Worked within the governance structures of the Institute of Biosciences at UNESP — one of Brazil’s most prestigious public universities— advising on academic regulations, curriculum restructuring, and accreditation processes.
Educational Technology & Learning Experience
Transitioned from Higher Education Administration to educational technology. My study, 'Relevant Aspects for Developing High-Quality MOOCs from the Perspective of the Learning Experience' (2020) , identified key elements that support pedagogical quality and improve the learner experience in large-scale online environments.
UX & Design Research
During my Master’s in Media and Technology, I deepened my work in user-centered design through UX and Web Design projects at the Unesp Innovation Agency (AUIN). I also developed AULALINK, a knowledge-sharing community designed to support the exchange of educational resources, applying a Design-Based Research framework to iteratively design and refine the platform.
Doctoral Research
As a doctoral researcher in Media and Technology, I investigate how generative AI can support the transformation of dense public documents into accessible formats. My work integrates information design, plain language principles, and technology-mediated learning to enhance civic access and reduce administrative complexity.
Digital Transformation in the Public Sector
Currently serving as a UX Designer at the Center of Excellence in Social Technologies (NEES/UFAL), collaborating on the design of digital systems that support public policy implementation and social innovation.
